Returns

Products can be returned within 3Days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, certain categories such as bedding, cushion covers, or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at kanjhomedecor@gmail.com or contact our support team with your order details and images of the product.
Once your return is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund.


Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.

Damaged/Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost
